I was born in Caerphilly and studied Philosophy at Swansea University. Since then I have lived in the UK and Australia helping to establish various meditation centres and making documentaries aimed at increasing social awareness.
I have been practicing shiatsu for about ten years and have completed two years of a three year Shiatsu Practitioner training course. I am currently taking a break from my formal studies with the Bristol School of Shiatsu, a well known and respected training college.
